Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. To protect your rights, please read the following return and exchange instructions carefully.

1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Within the specified period from the date you receive the product, we will process returns or exchanges provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Product Defects / Damage: The received product has non-human-induced damage, defects, missing parts, or does not match the order.

  2. Incorrect Shipment: The received product does not match the item, specifications, color, size, etc., that you ordered.

  3. Seven-Day Right of Withdrawal: According to consumer protection laws, you enjoy a seven-day contemplation period after receiving the product. During this time, you can return the product unconditionally if you are not satisfied.

    • Please Note: To ensure product integrity, the return must include the product itself, original packaging, all accessories, free gifts, invoice, and all accompanying documents in their original, undamaged condition.

2. Situations Where Returns/Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

To ensure fair transactions and product hygiene, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Exceeding the seven-day contemplation period.

  • The product has been used, assembled, modified, stained, damaged, or the original packaging is missing.

  • The product itself has no defects, but the return/exchange is due to personal preference (e.g., color, size different from expectation, dislike of scent) and no longer falls within the seven-day right of withdrawal.

  • Consumable goods (e.g., food, skincare products, underwear, and other intimate apparel) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened for hygiene reasons.

  • Issues not related to the product itself, such as an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout, or selecting the wrong specifications.

  • Clearance items, customized products, or items explicitly stated as non-returnable/non-exchangeable (will be specified before purchase).

3. Return & Exchange Process

If you need to process a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • Please contact us via our official customer service email [Your Customer Service Email] or online chat system within seven days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, product name, reason for return/exchange, and photographic evidence (if applicable, e.g., for defects or errors).

  2. Review & Confirmation:

    • Our customer service team will review your application and respond with the result and subsequent procedures via email or phone within 1-3 business days.

  3. Return the Product:

    • Once approved, please mail the completely packaged product, including the original invoice, back to the designated address using the original box or secure packaging (see Point 4 for shipping cost responsibility). To prevent loss, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Complete Refund/Exchange:

    • After we receive and verify the returned product is correct, we will complete the refund or exchange process within 7 business days.

4. Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Product Defects, Damage, or Our Shipping Error: We will cover the full two-way shipping costs for the return/exchange.

  • Unconditional Return During 7-Day Period / Exchange Due to Personal Preference: The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer; for exchanges, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the new item.

  • Exchanges are only available for different sizes or colors of the same product model. Cross-product exchanges are not provided.

5. Refund Method & Timeframe

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

    • Credit Card Payment: The amount will be credited back to your original credit card account. This process may take approximately 7-14 business days (the actual posting date depends on your card issuer's procedures).

    • Other Payment Methods (e.g., Bank Transfer, E-payment): We will notify you to provide the refund account details after confirming the refund and will process the transfer accordingly.

  • If the order involved discounts or coupons, the refund amount will be calculated based on the amount you actually paid, and any used coupon will be restored.
